I’m a specialist neurodivergent coach and mentor supporting parents of autistic and ADHD young people and families across Cheshire and the UK.

Alongside my professional training and experience, I am also a SEND mum to two neurodivergent daughters. My understanding of neurodivergence is shaped not only by study and professional roles, but by lived experience within my own family.

I understand how complex this journey can feel and how important it is to have support that truly makes sense for your child.

Why this work is important to me

I know how overwhelming it can feel when the world doesn’t quite fit the way your child experiences it. I understand the exhaustion that can come with masking, the uncertainty around diagnosis, and the complexity of trying to support your child within systems that don’t always understand their needs.

Through parenting, I have experienced the realities of autistic burnout, emotional-based school non-attendance, and the complexity of navigating education systems to secure the right support.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel and how vital it is to find support that genuinely understands both the young person and the parent.

That experience deeply informs the calm, practical and compassionate approach I bring to my work.

My Approach

Because of both my professional background and lived experience, I work in a way that is:

  • Neuro-affirming

  • Strengths-based

  • Structured but flexible
