Coaching
Coaching that understands
A supportive space for reflection, clarity and personal growth.
Coaching offers a calm and supportive space to pause, reflect and explore what feels most important to you.
Coaching is not about giving advice or telling you what to do. Instead, it provides a structured conversation that helps you explore your own perspectives, develop insight and move forward with greater clarity.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals and parents of neurodivergent children, offering a reflective coaching space to explore challenges, build confidence and develop strategies that work for you.
However, my coaching is open to anyone who would value a supportive space for reflection and personal development.

How Coaching Works
Sessions include:
• 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions
• delivered online
• a calm and confidential space for reflection
• 6 or 12 week packages
We begin with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
Important Note
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. If therapeutic support may be more appropriate, guidance towards other services will always be provided.
