Neurodivergent Coaching & Mentoring for Autism & ADHD
Cheshire & UK
Support for Young People & Families
Supporting confidence, self-understanding and practical strategies for navigating education, work and everyday life.
I offer neurodivergent coaching and mentoring for autistic and ADHD young people, parents and adults across Cheshire, including Winsford, Northwich, Chester & surrounding areas, as well as online support across the UK.
Everyone’s experience of neurodivergence is unique.
Whether you are a young person navigating education, a parent supporting a neurodivergent child, or an adult exploring your own experiences, having the right support can make a meaningful difference.
I offer mentoring and coaching designed to provide a calm, supportive space to reflect, develop strategies and build confidence over time.
How I can support you:
I offer support in three ways, depending on what feels right for you and your child:
1:1 Parent support for neurodivergent families
A safe, non-judgemental space to talk things through, understand what’s going on, and feel more confident in how you support your child
1:1 Support for Young People
Support for autistic children and teenagers
ADHD coaching for young people
Support for your child to better understand themselves, manage overwhelm, and build confidence in a way that works for them.
1:1 Coaching for neurodivergent adults or anyone seeking clarity, confidence and a reflective space to explore challenges.
Managing overwhelm or burnout
Navigating work or life transitions
Building confidence and self-understanding
Developing strategies that feel sustainable
Working with Schools
I also work with schools, providing specialist mentoring and wellbeing coaching for neurodivergent students.
Support focuses on helping students develop greater independence, confidence and engagement with learning.
In-person support is available for schools in Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East, with online support also available where appropriate.
